Tuesday's Sessions - Shepherds Bush venue: Phoenix Sports Centre, Bloemfontein Road, Shepherds Bush. W12 0RQ

Tube:

From White City tube, turn right on exiting the station, then left into South Africa Road. at the far end , turn right into Bloemfontein Road, and the Sports Centre is on the left. Near the top of the road

From Shepherds Bush Hammersmith & City Line line station, turn right on exiting the station, and continue along Uxbridge Road until you reach Bloemfontein Road on your right (traffic lights). The Phoenix Sports Centre is almost at the top of the road on the left, signed the Phoenix School.

From Shepherds Bush Central line station, turn right on exiting the station, walk along the top of Shepherds Bush Green into Uxbridge Road, then follow directions as before.

By Car:

From central London, on the A40, Bloemfontein Road is the first turning on the left after the Wood Lane overpass. The Sports Centre is a few yards down on the right. Travelling west along Uxbridge Road, Bloemfontein Road is about 600yards from Shepherds Bush Green. Turn right at the traffic lights; the Sports Centre is almost at the top of the road on the left, signed Phoenix School. From the east, travelling along Uxbridge Road, turn left into Bloemfontein Road at the traffic lights, then follow directions as above.

Thursday Sessions - Barnes venue: Woolborough House, 39 Lonsdale Road, Barnes SW13 9JP.

Tube:

From Hammersmith tube station, follow directions towards Barnes and Hammersmith Bridge (southwards.) Cross the bridge, continue until you reach the traffic lights, and turn right into Lonsdale Road. Number 39 is about 300 metres along the road, and the fencing hall is in the middle of the house, through the small door. By Car:

Coming from the north, follow directions towards Barnes and Hammersmith Bridge (southwards.) Cross the bridge, continue until you reach the traffic lights, and turn right into Lonsdale Road. Woolborough House is about 300 metres along the road, and the fencing hall is in the middle of the house, through the small door. You can park in the site. From the south, continue up Castelnau, past Tesco petrol station, and at the traffic lights, turn left (at the Castlenau Pub ) into Lonsdale Road. Then follow directions as above.
