Junior Development Foil Squad (for 6-12 year olds)

Venue: Phoenix Sports Centre, Bloemfontein Rd, Shepherds Bush, W12 0RQ
When: Tuesdays 6 - 7pm

Coached by Jo and Marc (see 'Coach Profile' page for details)

Sessions are designed for children aged 6-12 and are suitable for beginners and youngsters with previous experience. The children receive a high quality learning experience.

There is a strong emphasis on safety, discipline and fun. Technical moves are taught along with games and practice fights to keep the young fencers interested and motivated.

Junior Competition Foil Squad (for 8-13 year olds)

Venue: Woolborough House, 39 Lonsdale Rd, Barnes, SW13 9JP
When: Thursdays 6.45 - 8.30pm
5pm - 6.45pm Individual Lessons available - please contact Marc to book in advance.

Sessions are designed for fencers with previous experience, who are committed to their training and aim to be successful in competitions. Training is structured to improve footwork, point control, distance and timing as well as improving technical skills and the rules of foil in preparation for regular competition. We also train our fencers in competition tactics, goal setting, fitness and agility skills.

Annual Membership £400
You have the option of paying in full, half yearly £200, or you can set up a Standing Order for £34 per month.

Members of One Two Six Fencing Club are entitled to:

*Individual tuition from one of our coaches.
*Equipment hire,

Visitor Fee without individual lessons and kit hire is £12 per session.
